How to Cancel Auto-Pay

How to cancel Auto Pay (Recurring Payments) on your NMSU account.

  1. Log into myNMSU with your myNMSU username and password

  2. Select the Student Tab.

  3. Select Pay NMSU/Payment Plan under Banner Self Service.

  4. Select Auto Pay on the left hand side of the screen.

  5. Select My Auto Pay, and then select View on the Auto Pay you would like to cancel.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Auto Pay.

  7. In the pop up box, select Cancel Auto Pay.

  8. Confirm your Auto Pay has been cancelled.
