How to Cancel Auto Pay

How to cancel Auto Pay (Recurring Payments) on your NMSU account.

  1. Log into pay.nmsu.edu with your myNMSU username and password.

  2. From the menu on the left, select Auto Pay.

  3. Under My auto pay, select View on the Auto Pay you would like to cancel.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel auto pay.

  5. You will be asked to confirm. Click on Cancel auto pay again.

  6. You will be directed to a refreshed screen that shows the Auto Payment has been deleted. You should also receive a confirmation email.
