General Refund Information

  • Financial Aid refunds are issued the first day of class each semester.
  • UAR strongly recommends that all students sign up for direct deposit of refunds. Students may sign up online via myNMSU.
  • For students who do not use direct deposit, checks will be mailed to the permanent address listed on record.
  • All refund checks are made payable to the student. Direct deposit of refunds may go to any bank account designated by the student through myNMSU.
